Choose this option if you have a 'to do' list made up of one or a number of small jobs.
Our hourly rates inclusive of call out charge are:
inner london - £20.00 for an hour.*
outer london -£30 for an hour.*
rates are for labour only, they do not include supplies/materials
customer must provide their own supplies, or they can obtain them via our supplies page, if we are asked to provide supplies we will obtain them via companies on our supplies page.
minimum booking period is 2 hours £30.00 *
this option for larger more complex jobs, where the client either wants more direct information/advice, or is not sure of the level of works/disruption a job may involve.
the multi trader will attend to see/explain what work is involved and what materials or equipment is required.
This visit costs £30, You'll need to pay £30 directly to the multi trader at the end of the survey inspection.
you will be provided with a verbal estimate for the whole job. The survey inspection is booked as a one hour slot.
there will usually have to be a return on another day to carry out the work, if it is possible and in agreement it may be practical to do the work on the same visit.
